The department also assists with tax questions and files on behalf of associations. Heather Root, Sarah Gipe, Ohio Wesleyan, and Sarah Harkless, Valparaiso, are available resources in this department. Leadership Development: The Leadership Development Specialist is Haley Jackson, Georgia Southern. Her role is to guide chapter officers through the nomination process, elections, officer transitions and training, goal setting, and the development of a strategic plan for the upcoming year.
